For attending the the workshop, a pre-registration (by 26 Nov. 2018) is required:
Most of expenses including the organizing cost will be covered by the sponsors and the organizing institutions but the Organizers need additional financial contribution from the participants via paying a conference fee.
The paid fee covers only partially the workshop cost but it offers the following beneficial rights: attendance of all the workshop sessions, getting workshop materials, coffee/tea breaks, banquet and lunches during the workshop.
The workshop fee should be paid after an online registration (to get the status of a participant).
Some financial support may be available for a limited number of participants. The workshop fee can be reduced or waived for some cases but a request is needed and should be sent to the Organizers at the contact address by 20 November 2018 (Tuesday).

Once your transaction is made, you should send (email) the Secretariat (at the contact address) the following information: Order reference number, Date of transfer, Amount of transfer, Currency of transfer.
Note for those participants coming from abroad: The payment of the workshop fee can be made onsite (after the arrival but better before the opening session) but a confirmation message of participation must be sent to the Organizers via the email address
before 01 December 2018.
A cancellation of participation can be made and it should be noticed to the Secretariat by 01 December 2016. The paid fee will be reimbursed with a cancellation fee of 350,000 VNĐ (or 15 USD).
